The owner and Chairman of IRCA. Graduated in economics from the University of Cologne and obtained the doctorate at the Oxford University. He gained 7 years international banking experience working for Credit Suisse First Boston in London and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt. As the Executive Vice-President he was founding member of the Polish Allianz companies and as the Executive President established and ran companies of the German SIGNAL IDUNA concern in Poland. With more than twenty-year insurance experience his outstanding reputation and professionalism is known country-wide.
